1. Acceptance
By using ConvertVault ("the Service") at convertvault.org, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ConvertVault provides online file conversion tools including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image conversions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
3. Accounts
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- One account per person. Do not share accounts.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Convert files containing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious files
5. Payments & refunds
- Day Pass: One-time payment, non-refundable after first use.
- Yearly: Billed annually. Cancel anytime — access continues until period end. No partial refunds.
- Lifetime: One-time payment, non-refundable.
- All prices are in USD. Stripe handles all payment processing.
6. Free tier limits
Free accounts are limited to 2 file conversions per day and files up to 10 MB. These limits may change with notice.
7. Your files
You retain full ownership of any files you upload. We do not access, read, or share your file contents. Files are automatically deleted from conversion servers within 24 hours.
8. Limitation of liability
ConvertVault is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
